By accessing or using Reveal The Word ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reveal The Word is a Bible study and memorization application that provides:

• Bible reading in multiple translations
• Spaced repetition memorization tools
• Highlighting, note-taking, and verse collections
• Study plans and reference materials

The core service is provided free of charge. Optional donations are accepted to support ongoing development.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download Bible text from the Service for redistribution
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Bible Text and Translations

Bible translations provided through the Service are sourced from publicly available, properly licensed sources. The King James Version (KJV), World English Bible (WEB), and Douay-Rheims (DRA) are in the public domain. Other translations may be subject to their publishers' terms of use.

6. User Content

Notes, highlights, and collections you create remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Recurring donations may be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Donations are processed securely through Stripe.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or interruption of service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
